Poppycorns Sales List Updated 3/13/11

Here, at long last, are photos of many of the 2009 and 2010 cornsnakes that I produced. Many apologies to those of you who have been waiting so long.

Starburst Snows

These brilliant colors are the result of combinations of Salmon (formerly called Coral) Snow, variotiny pink poppyus sources of hypo, Neon, and sometimes Champagne Snow. Yes, they really do look like this. I have worked hard to get the colors in these photos exactly right, at least on my monitor. Most of these photos are shot under diffused outdoor light and adjusted to match the snake as it appears in my snakeroom, which is lit mainly with daylight compact florescents.

The males have the most color, which usually intensifies as the snake matures. The females may or may not have intense color, and some of them tend more towards green as they get older. My oldest males from these crosses are now several years old and they have held their color well, the females less so. All of them are unique, and I have a hard time myself choosing which "look" to prefer.

All of these are eating well, most of them will happily take at least a fuzzy or even a hopper if I'm feeling generous.
